Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are available for any service, package or dollar amount. Custom made and pre-made gift baskets are also available for your convenience.
Scheduling Appointments
Please call for an appointment in advance, the receptionists will be happy to help you. A credit card number, or a gift card certificate number must be given for all reservations.
Cancellation Policy
Due to staffing requirements and as a courtesy to our other clients, please notify us of cancellations at least 24 hours in advance on single service appointments and 48 hours on multiple service appointments to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced. Sorry, no exceptions.
Check-In
Please check-in with a spa receptionist at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
Cell Phones
All cell phones and pagers must be turned off or silenced while in the spa.
Smoking
Medical Spa 23 is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted anywhere within our spa.
Prices
All prices are subject to change without notification.
Payment of Services
We accept Visa, Mastercard, personal checks and cash. There will be a $25.00 charge on all returned checks.
Gratuity
Gratuities are not included in the cost of treatments and services. For your convenience, gratuity envelopes are available at our reception desk.
